Sale Of Frank's Nursery Land Tops Greenburgh Stories This Week

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Here are the top stories in Greenburgh from the last week:

The Town of Greenburgh flipped on a previous deal to sell the Frank's Nursery property to Game On 365 for $3 million and made an offer to Ardsley-based House of Sports to sell the land for $3.5 million.

Greenburgh police made an arrest in two burglaries that occurred in the Greenburgh Central 7 schools in May. Former Greenburgh Schools employee Charles Gerardi was arrested and charged with two counts of Burglary in the third degree, a class D felony.

The Elmsford School District scheduled a revote for June 18 on a proposed $31 million school budget for the 2013-2014 school year. The same budget failed on May 21. No changes have been made to the budget.
