SCARSDALE, N.Y. Scarsdale will close its Popham Road Bridge over the railroad to vehicles from 9:30 a.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday, the Greenburgh police said.
If it rains, the bridge will instead be closed during the same times Friday into Saturday.
Pedestrians will still have access to the bridge.
A traffic detour is being arranged and police are encouraging drivers to use alternate routes to avoid Popham Road, Garth Road, Harney Road and Scarsdale Avenue.
