WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- It's been a wet, messy and slow morning commute on Wednesday in the afternoon of the latest round of wintry precipitation that has changed to rain throughout the area.

Metro-North is experiencing delays up to 30 minutes on the Harlem Line due to power problems in the vicinity of White Plains and Scarsdale.

All lanes av southbound Route 9 in Ossining following a multi-vehicle accident at North Highland Avenue.

An accident is blocking two lanes on the southbound Bronx River Parkway between the Sprain Brook and Cross County parkways, causing heavy delays.

Flooding in the right lane of southbound Route 9A at Bedford Road (Route 117) in Mount Pleasant is causing delays.

Many secondary roads, particular in Northern Westchester and Putnam, were still slushy and slippery.
