GREENBURGH, N.Y. Mason Frank Pescetti has finished installing all the 1,830 tiles of Peoples Memory wall, a monument in Hartsdale dedicated to the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks. He said that the only work left now is to grout the tiles and stucco the wall, and that he should be done by the end of next week.
A story published a week ago showed how many community members, Pescetti included, contributed to recover the tiles mural, just on time for the Sept. 11 10th anniversary.
