According to the draft scoping, the proposed re- development includes the construction of one four-story residential apartment building that will include a total of 272 rental apartment units with 438 parking spaces, consisting of 122 surface parking spaces and 316 parking spaces within a 4-story parking structure with rooftop parking surrounded by the apartment building.

The Town Board met with consultant Vince Ferrandino and discussed the scoping document, which will be voted on Thursday evening. The scoping document deals with issues that need to be studied during the review process before a decision concerning building is made.

Among the revisions added Tuesday was a request for a tree removal permit, a street opening permit, a special permit for multi-family residential use from the Zoning Board of Appeals, as well as several other changes related to traffic and environmental remediation.

The revised scope is attached in full below. All changes have been highlighted in red.
