What Are Your Halloween Rituals, Greenburgh?

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- As a child, we used to make ghosts on Halloween. We would crumple up a tissue, cover it with another, tie a string around it, and fluff out the bottom. To finish, we'd draw a scary face on the front with a felt pen.
