Where Is This in Greenburgh?

In school, you learned that 8 x 3 = 24. Have you learned where this mathematical equation is painted? Every week, The Daily Greenburgh posts a picture of something in the Town of Greenburgh or Village of Elmsford. Your job is to snoop around the community and find out where it is.
