ARDSLEY, N.Y. - Arthur J. Stofko of Ardsley, formerly of Yonkers, died Wednesday, Oct. 30. He was 65.
Stofko was born June 18, 1948, in Yonkers, to John and Rosilyn (Bunnenberg) Stofko. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Yonkers High School. He worked for Max Finkelstein Inc. as a truck driver, for more than 20 years.
Stofko is survived by his wife, Geraldine (Fazzino) Stofko; daughters, Nicole (Brian) Olsen and Rosilyn Stofko; brothers, George and Steven Stofko; sisters, Lillian Brice, Rosilyn DiSilva and Mary Bernstein; and two grandchildren, Brayden and Brynn. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Robert and John Stofko; and sister, Grace Luxford.
Calling hours are Sunday, Nov. 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 6 p.m. at Yonkers Funeral Service, 107 Yonkers Ave. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Stofko's memory may be made to Calvary Hospital, Bronx.
