Saltsman was born in Yonkers Jan 25, 1963, to Eugene and Dolores (Vitrit) Saltsman. She was a chiropractor and lived in Hartsdale for 25 years.
Saltsman is survived by two brothers, Eugene Saltsman of Fishkill and Robert Saltsman of Bedford. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours will be Friday March 15, 5 to 9 p.m. at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home Inc. 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, N.Y. and Saturday, March 16 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Services will start at 12 p.m. Interment will be private
