ELMSFORD, N.Y. - Eileen Rita Quinn of Elmsford died Monday, June 10. She was 83.
Quinn was born Oct. 4, 1929, in the Village of Elmsford where she lived her entire life. She was the daughter of Michael and Georgina Moroney.
Quinn attended Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School and Alexander Hamilton High School, both of which she graduated with honors.
Quinn is survived by her children, Michael, James, Robert, Eileen and Brendan in Elmsford; 11 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours are Thursday, June 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 72 East Main St., Elmsford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, June 14 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Elmsford. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
