HARTSDALE, N.Y. – Gregory L. Girillo Jr. of Hartsdale died June 24. He was 62. 

Born Nov. 5, 1949, in White Plains, he was the son of Gregory Girillo Sr. and Agnes Donnelly. Girillo attended classes at Boards of Cooperative Educational Services, Westchester Arc and Cerebral Palsy of Westchester Inc.

A resident of Hudson Valley DDSO, he enjoyed baseball, fishing, playing cards, traveling and listening to country music, especially Johnny Cash. He also liked to announce the current weather and traffic to friends and family.

Girillo is survived by his parents, Gregory and Agnes; a sister, Carol (Rick) Tremaine; a brother, Peter (Katy) Girillo; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony of Padua Church in West Harrison. McMahon, Lyon and Hartnett Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
