HARTSDALE, N.Y. – Lori L. Wolack-Surman of Hartsdale died Feb. 13. She was 43.
She was born Nov. 7, 1969, in Greenwich, Conn., to Eda Wolack and the late John Wolack. She was married to Larry Surman, who survives her.
Wolack-Surman is survived by a son, John Surman; a daughter, Lisa Surman; and her mother. She was predeceased by two sisters, Kristi Fiscella and Lisa Chimblo.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Castiglione Funeral Home in Greenwich. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church in Greenwich. Burial will be private.
