Siebel was born March 27, 1921, in the Bronx, to Rudolph and Louise Koehl. She attended New York University and went on to have a career as director of human resources for Christian Salvesen Co. in New Jersey, working there for more than 45 years and retiring in 1986. She was active at her church with the youth program and after her retirement she became active with Junior Achievement and R.S.V.P.
Siebel is survived by many nieces, nephews; and grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, John W. Siebel.
Calling hours are Monday, Oct. 14, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home Inc., 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains. Funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 10 Lawton Ave., Hartsdale. Interment at Ferncliff Cemetery Association, 280-284 Secor Road, Hartsdale.
