Yorio was born in Manhattan, she was the daughter of Francesco and Luisa Lombardo. She worked as a bank teller since the age of 16.
Yorio is survived by her daughters, Louise (Sean) McGuigan and Angela (Jeff) Cherubini; three grandchildren; brother, Sonny (Sharon) Lombardo; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Angelo; and sister, Jenny.
Calling hours are Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 5 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Ardsley.
