GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Mary C. Dykes, of Hartsdale, died Sunday, Sept. 13. She was 80.
She was born June 6, 1935 in Manhattan to the late James J. and Mary C. (Donnelly) Shaw.
She worked for many years as an executive assistant for UBS in Stamford.
She married her husband, John S. Dykes in 1966. He passed away in 2008.
She is survived by her daughter Catherine and her husband Ron Martino of Hartsdale; grandchildren Kelly and Jennifer Martino; sisters Carol Carfora and Dorothy Griffiths; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Homes, 824 Scarsdale Ave., Scarsdale.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Church of the Annunciation, Crestwood.
A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
