Ralph Lucisano, 90, Of Elmsford, Navy Veteran Of WW II

ELMSFORD, N.Y. - Ralph Lucisano of Elmsford died Monday, Sept. 8. He was 90.

Lucisano was born Jan. 14, 1924, in Harrisburg, Pa., to Rocco and Maria Lucisano. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked as a letter carrier for the White Plains Post Office then later as a supervisor for the Bank of New York.

Lucisano is survived by his sons, John, Ralph and Frank Lucisano; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Dolores Lucisano; a son, Richard; and grandson, Joseph Lucisano.

Calling hours are Thursday, Sept. 11 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home Elmsford Chapel, Thursday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Elmsford. Interment will follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, White Plains.
