HARTSDALE, N.Y. - Rita Bruno Russo, formerly of Hartsdale, died Saturday, Jan. 18. She was 87.
Russo was born Nov. 12, 1926, to Lenore and Vincent Bruno in the Bronx. She was an esthetician for Lancôme, having worked many years at Bloomingdales in White Plains and various salons in Westchester.
Russo is survived by her sons, Theodore S. Russo and Vincent A. Russo (Ursula Russo); three grandchildren; a great-grandson; sister, Marie Mangieri; and brother, Alexander Bruno. She was predeceased by her husband, Teddy; and sister, Madeline Mangieri.
A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24 at the Holy Innocents Church, in Pleasantville, followed by entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
