Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, March 22, at Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home Inc., in Mt. Kisco from 4 to 8 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church in Tappan.
Stanley was operating a 2015 Ski-Doo that struck a concrete bridge on a trail in the upstate New York town of Boonville, Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol said.
Boonville Ambulance transported him with serious injuries to St. Elizabeth's Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, Maciol said.
Michael "Mike" H. Stanley was born in Sleepy Hollow to Skip and Rose Stanley on March 27, 1972. He was the first of two boys.
He graduated from Croton-Harmon High School and continued his education at State University of New York at Delhi (Delhi), where he obtained a degree in AutoCAD. AutoCAD is a computer-aided design (CAD) program used for 2-D and 3-D design and drafting used by architects and construction professionals.
Stanley married his wife, Eleanor Marie Koutsoukos, in June 2013. He had one daughter named Chloe from this union and another daughter named Amanda from a previous marriage.
He worked closely with his dad for several years, running a family-owned electrical contracting company in Westchester County located in Pleasantville. Stanley most recently was the director of construction at Michilli, Inc. a construction and consulting services firm in New York City.
He was most passionate about spending time with his family and friends, opening day at Yankee Stadium, getting in a round of golf with friends, planning his future with his family, listening to music from Billy Joel and more.
Stanley is survived by his wife, Eleanor; two children Amanda (16) and Chloe (2); his grandmother Lina Maroth; his mother and father, Skip and Rose; brother Chris (sister in law Adele); brother in law Dominick; sisters in law Angela, Christina, and Joanna; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, god children, other relatives and friends.
