The proposal for multifamily rental housing will bring more diversity with affordable housing. We also believe that this will push for a better and improved public transportation infrastructure. It is also a better living for local employees.

This proposal will generate significant revenue, bringing more substantial resources and relief for the Schools, Town and County. This will be a great addition to the Greenburgh Community.
