Cell Phone Violation Leads To Scarsdale Woman's DWI Charge

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Scarsdale woman with felony driving while intoxicated on Monday, Nov. 17, officials said.

Kelly A. Mazzuchelli, 50, was pulled over in Copake for allegedly using her cell phone while driving. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mazzuchelli had a pervious conviction for DWI in 2008, police said. 

Mazzuchelli will appear in Copake Court on Dec. 22, police said.
