Cops: White Plains Woman Threw Bleach In Ex's Face

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – A White Plains woman might have been thinking that revenge is a dish best served with a cup of bleach.

Shanelle Rolle, 21, was arrested Sunday after allegedly dumping the hazardous cleaning solution in the face of her ex-boyfriend.

Greenburgh Police said the Rolle, still fuming over the couple's breakup, went to the house of her former beau and tossed a cup of the bleach into his eyes and down the front of his body before running off. The victim told police Rolle had been harassing him for the past month after he ended their relationship.

He was taken to the Westchester Medical Center for treatment. Rolle was charged with second-degree assault, a felony.

The following items were also reported by Greenburgh police:

• Davon Banks, 31, of White Plains was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and public appearance under the influence, a violation, Tuesday, June 26, after allegedly trespassing onto Greenburgh Housing Authority property and admitting to smoking a “bad bag of dust” or PCP.

• Steven Thompson, 26, of Ridgefield, Conn., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors, Thursday, June 28 following a traffic stop on Central Park Avenue.

• Kevin Jimenez, 20, of Mount Vernon was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, Friday June 29, following a traffic stop on Central Park Avenue.
