Crews Respond To Car Fire At Nursery Near Scarsdale Town Line

First responders were dispatched to the Cherry Lawn Nursery parking lot on Tuesday afternoon, where there were reports of a fully involved car on fire near the Scarsdale town line.

Multiple calls came were reported to the New Rochelle Fire Department at approximately 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20. According to reports, there was a car on fire in the lot, with smoke visible on both Weaver Street and Quaker Ridge Road, down the block from the Quaker Ridge School in Scarsdale.

No injuries were initially reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
