Dobbs Ferry Man Accused Of Throwing Molotov Cocktail Near Hospital

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – A 19-year-old man from Dobbs Ferry threw a Molotov cocktail near  St. John's Riverside Hospital Dobbs Ferry Pavilion and another in the parking lot of a condominium complex early Sunday, according to police, lohud.com reports.

Brandon Scerri said his actions were inspired by the movie, "Gangster Squad," according to police.

Scerri was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony; second-degree reckless endangerment and obstruction of governmental administration, both misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a violation, according to police.
