Edgemont Restaurant Closes After Fire

EDGEMONT, N.Y. -- The D & A Smokehouse Restaurant in Edgemont will be closed indefinitely after a kitchen fire on Thursday afternoon, according to News 12 Westchester.

Responders came from White Plains, Scarsdale, Hartsdale, Fairview and Greenville to battle the fire. Crews even had to cut open the roof to help access the blaze, News 12 Westchester said.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire, but don't believe it to be suspicious, News 12 Westchester said.
