Greenburgh PD Charge Man With Possession Of 19 Packets Of Heroin

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Greenburgh Police charged a man with possession of heroin on Thursday, Oct. 16, officials said.

Barry Brown, 54, was allegedly observed taking an object from a man who approached his vehicle and attempting to hide it in his pants, officials said.

Police approached Brown, and discovered the item in question was allegedly 19 envelopes containing heroin, police said.

Brown was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
