Greenburgh Police Charge Ossining Man With Driving While Intoxicated

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Cesar O. Jimenez, a 27-year-old Ossining resident, was arrested by New York State police and charged with driving while intoxicated at approximately 3:23 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 7.

Police say Jimenez was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop for moving from the lane unsafely.

Jimenez was issued a uniform traffic ticket ordering him to appear before the Town of Greenburgh Court on Thursday, Sept. 18.
