Greenburgh Police Make Two Arrests On Narcotics Charges

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – Greenburgh police arrested two Elmsford men on charges of narcotics possession Friday.

Michael Dale, 42, and William Burch, 37, were each charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, police said.

Members of the Greenburgh Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics Team arrested the men early Friday while investigating a drug sale and conducting a search at a house on Bryant Avenue, Lt. Brian Ryan said.

The two men were accused of possessing heroin and Opana, an opiate, police said. Dale and Branch were due in Greenburgh Town Court on Friday.
