Hartsdale Man Nabbed At Subway Restaurant Burglary Scene

HARTSDALE, N.Y. -- A 65-year-old Hartsdale man was scooped up by Greenburgh police for breaking into Subway Restaurant early Friday.

Arthur Damato, was arrested after police responded to the restaurant at 65 N. Central Ave., after receiving an alert of a burglary in progress.

Officers did not find anyone inside the store, but during their investigation and after canvassing the area, they arrested Damato and charged him with the burglary, police said.

Damato is currently being held for arraignment.
