Hawthorne Man Charged With DWI

HAWTHORNE, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Hawthorne man with driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Feb. 23, police officials said.

Dylan C Korn, 28, was allegedly found to be intoxicated after troopers stopped him for allegedly driving across hazard marking, moving from the lane unsafely and speeding, State Police said. 

Korn is scheduled to appear in Town of Greenburgh Court on Tuesday, March 4, according to State Police.
