Troopers arrested Andrew S. Martin, 29, on charges of felony driving while intoxicated and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation due to having his driving privileges revoked for previous DWI arrests. Police responded to investigate a one-car collision on the Sprain Brook Parkway, and Martin was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash, police said.

According to police, Martin was charged with felony DWI after a criminal history check revealed two previous DWI-related convictions within the past 10 years.

Martin was arraigned before the Greenburgh Town Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.

He is due to return to the Greenburgh Town Court on Tuesday, Jan. 5.
