GREENBURGH, N.Y. – A pedestrian was struck and seriously injured Tuesday in an accident on East Hartsdale Avenue in Hartsdale.
Greenburgh Police said they are investigating the accident, which occurred near 119 East Hartsdale Ave.
East Hartsdale Avenue was closed in both directions from Columbia Avenue to Rockledge Road (Rite Aid) as of 5:20 p.m. Tuesday. Police said detectives will have the road closed for several hours while they complete an accident investigation.
Commuters and residents are advised to avoid the area if possible.
