Police Arrest Man On DWI Charge In Greenburgh

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a man with driving while intoxicated following a two-car accident in Greenburgh on Sunday, March 9, police officials said.

Nicholas Genovese of Mahopac was traveling northbound on the Sprain Brook Parkway when he  swerved into the center lane and stuck another vehicle, according to the State Police report. 

Genovese refused to to take a breath test and is scheduled to appear in Greenburgh Court on Friday, March 14, State Police said.
