Steven Pelaez, the grandson, was allegedly at the apartment when he said two men took luggage but doesn't know how the men got into the complex, the report said.

Police said there are several different versions of the story, which leads the White Plains Public Safety Commissioner David Chong to believe the incident is a "possible" robbery, the report said.
