TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Tarrytown police have charged a Sleepy Hollow resident with driving while intoxicated after he hit a guard rail on Neperan Road, according to a Patch report.

The 25-year-old driver did not have a license, and his Class D permit had been suspended, the report said.

He was arrested after failing a breathalyzer test and later released with a scheduled court appearance, according to the article.
