At 8:50 p.m. Saturday, Greenburgh Police responded to a call of an armed robbery at the RadioShack. A male suspect entered the store, displayed a silver handgun and ordered two female employees to the back of the store, police said. He then had one employee open the rear exit door so he could let a second male suspect enter the store, police said.
The suspects then used duct tape to bind the employees’ hands together and then stole numerous electronic items and cash, police said. The suspects fled out the rear door in an unknown direction, police said.
The first suspect is described as a black male wearing a gray jacket with black writing on the left sleeve and a blue hood as well as a baseball cap with silver stickers on the lid underneath the hood, police said. He was also wearing blue jeans with flaps on the back pockets, maroon underwear with a black elastic waistband, gray and white sneakers and blue latex gloves, the police report said.
The second suspect was wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt with a blue baseball cap under the hood, blue jeans with flaps on the back pockets and a white belt, police said. He also had on dark colored shoes and blue latex gloves.
