Reward Offered For Suspect Yonkers Police Say Is Member Of Violent Gang

YONKERS, N.Y. – The City of Yonkers Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Christopher Ryan Grebinger.

Christopher Ryan Grebinger is wanted on federal charges and involvement with a violent criminal enterprise, according to the Yonkers Police Department.

Grebinger was charged with racketeering and firearms offenses on Dec. 9, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.

According to police, Grebinger is a member of a violent criminal organization operating in and around the Schlobohm Housing Projects in Yonkers.

Anyone with information is asked to call the YPD Detective Division at 914-377-7724. Anonymous tips can also be sent to the Yonkers Police Department by texting the key word “ypd” plus the text to 847411.

The suspect is considered dangerous and residents are advised to not take action against him. Residents are advised to call 911 if the suspect is seen in Yonkers or a local law -enforcement agency if he is seen outside the city.
