The victim, Jose Sanchez, 53, was found Sunday night in a wooded area of Mount Kisco.

Longworth revealed on Monday night that the death has been ruled a homicide. The cause was determined based on a blunt-force trauma to the man's body and was obtained from an autopsy by the Westchester County Medical Examiner's office, Longworth said.

Longworth declined to get into specifics about the man's injury or comment on whether he sustained other injuries.

The name of the suspect charged is expected to be announced at an 11:30 a.m. press conference.
