Woman Charged In Greenburgh Stop Had BAC Twice Legal Limit

GREENBURGH, N. Y. -- A 25-year-old Yonkers woman is facing an aggravated DWI charge, along with traffic violations, after New York State Police found her blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit following an early-morning traffic stop Wednesday on I-87 in Greenburgh, police said.

Eileen P. Boland is charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated and several vehicle and traffic volations, police said. She was released with tickets directing her to appear in the Town of Greenburgh Court at 9:30 a.m. July 22, police said.

Officers stopped her car for a traffic violation then found her blood alcohol content was .18 percent during processing at the state police office in Tarrytown, police said.
