Woman Remains Critical After Being Struck By Car In Hartsdale

HARTSDALE, N.Y. – The Hartsdale woman seriously injured when she was struck by a car Tuesday evening remains in critical condition, lohud reported.

The woman, who was walking her dog at the time, was struck on East Hartsdale Avenue. She was walking her dog at the time of the accident and the animal has since died of its injuries, according to the report.

Police said the crash was an accident and said no charges are pending, according to lohud.

East Hartsdale Avenue was closed in both directions from Columbia Avenue to Rockledge Road Tuesday night while police investigated the crash.
