GREENBURGH, N.Y. - The Community Emergency Response Team, Greenburgh police and representatives of the National Center for Disaster Preparedness will make a presentation at the Greenburgh Town Board meeting Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
Chief of Police Joseph DeCarlo and David Abramson, deputy director of National Center for Disaster Preparedness Center at Columbia University, and a representative of Con Edison will also be on hand for the presentation.
"I have asked Richard Edelson, captain of the CERT team, to provide the Greenburgh Town Board and community with a presentation," Town Supervisor Paul Feiner said.
The board will also consider a resolution to ratify the selection of a company to provide affordable housing on the property located at 1 WestHELP Drive (P.O. White Plains) and a resolution to hold a public hearing on the Town of Greenburgh's 2013 Recommended Capital Budget and 2014 and 2015 Capital Plan, as revised, for May 8 at 7:30 p.m.
