ELMSFORD, N.Y. - The Village of Elmsford held its 103rd organizational meeting Monday at Village Hall as Mayor Robert Williams and other elected and appointed officials were sworn into office.

Village Clerk Fran LeFevre officiated at the swearing-in ceremonies as family and residents looked on. The Village Board then approved a number of Mayoral and Trustee appointments.
