Putnam Will See Heat, Storm Chance Saturday

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Putnam County will see a hot weekend with a chance of storms coming in on Saturday.

Friday night the temperature will drop to the upper 60s followed by 88 degrees with a 30 percent chance of rain on Saturday.

Saturday night will drop down to the upper 60s again before a beautiful Sunday with clear skies and temperatures approaching 90.

The return to work on Monday will come with surging temperatures in in the low 90s after a cool Sunday night closes out the weekend.
