ELMSFORD, N.Y. -- The Greenburgh Central and Elmsford Union Free school districts announced Wednesday evening that its schools will be closed Thursday, Feb. 13, in anticipation of the winter storm and the predicted dangerous conditions associated with anticipated snow fall.
