The Greenburgh Central Health & Wellness Committee will host the event from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 22 at Woodlands High School at 475 W. Hartsdale Avenue in Hartsdale. The event is open to the public and will feature activities for all ages including a family Fun And Fitness zone, live shows with costume characters promoting healthy lifestyles, tennis, yoga and Zumba for kids, representatives said.
Teen and adult programs include free health screenings; workshops/lectures on topics including Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Stress Management, Dementia, and Alzheimer's awareness; adult dance classes; yoga classes and personal trainers on-site. The expo will also feature raffles, prizes and music.
