Ross is being sued by eight district employees for allegedly making demeaning ethnic, religious and sexual comments toward faculty. Several board members were included in the suit as well for allegedly being aware of the problem and failing to take action.
Following the filing of the lawsuit, the Board of Education took action and put Ross on administrative reassignment.
Ross did not comment when contacted by the Times, but Greenburgh Supervisor Paul J. Feiner claims the comments were either never made or taken out of context, according to the Times.
