VALHALLA, N.Y. – Westchester Community College will delay opening until 11 a.m. Wednesday because of the weather.

All classes and programs are affected, including in-person registration for spring.

Classes from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will begin at 11 p.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.

ELMSFORD, N.Y. - Elmsford residents voted 376-249 in favor of a proposed $31 million school budget for the 2013-2014 year in a re-vote Tuesday, overcoming last month's first vote that rejected the budget, according to unofficial results.
