ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- Eastchester and Ardsley will play for the District 20 Little League Softball Majors Championship, Thursday, 5:45 p.m. at McDowell Field.
If Eastchester wins, it is the champion and will advance to the Section 4 Championship. An Ardsley win would force a decisive game at a site, date and time to be determined.
Eastchester’s Cassie McGrath has not allowed a run in her team’s two games. Ardsley lost its opening game to Harrison, then rebounded with three wins to emerge from the loser’s bracket. Ardsley defeated Harrison, 10-9, in the loser’s bracket final.
