Hamilton Girls Top Blind Brook, Win League Title

ELMSFORD, N.Y. – Maia Hood scored  20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the way Thursday as the Hamilton girls’ basketball team completed its regular season with a convincing 70-40 victory over Blind Brook to capture the League 3-D title.

Hamilton won its fifth straight game to finish the season with a sparkling 16-2 overall record, and a perfect 8-0 in the league to take the 3-D championship. The Red Raiders now await their seeding for the Section 1 Class C postseason playoffs.

Jasmine Robinson had 16 points and five steals, Amani Lightbourne added 14 points and Ayanna Bhagan contributed 12 points to Hamilton's victory

Shannon Reddy led Blind Brook with 12 points.
