Purchase College Sports Information Director Bobby Ciafardini announced Thursday that the SUNY schools athletic department has launched a new website for the 2011-12 year that will help disseminate news about its athletic teams to media and fans. Were excited about the fall, so much so that weve launched this new site, Ciafardini said in a release. We hope this will serve everyone better and also help the media gain information about our programs, stats and other news. All of our schedules are also posted. The website address is www.purchasecollegeathletics.com. Purchase opens its athletic season Saturday at noon when the womens soccer team hosts City College of New York.
