A crash that initially blocked the right lane caused stop-and-go traffic on a stretch of the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway on Sunday afternoon in Yonkers.
The incident occurred at Tuckahoe Road, with traffic backed up to Rossiter Avenue (Exit 7) with stop-and-go delays reported at 1:45 p.m.
